Tell us who the film is for and where it will appear. We discuss the story, essential moments, edit length, vertical or landscape formats, and delivery deadline before quoting. Additional cuts and rush delivery are scoped separately when available.
If speeches, interviews or clean dialogue are essential, mention them at the start. These need an appropriate sound and filming plan; they are not assumed to be part of a music-led recap.
Photography + film, planned together.
When you need both, we plan the coverage responsibilities together and propose the appropriate photographer and video operator for your schedule. One person cannot promise complete simultaneous coverage of every photo and video moment.

We can plan for the formats you need. Share the intended platforms before the event so capture and editing can be scoped for those outputs.
How long is the film and when will it arrive?
Edit length and turnaround depend on the assignment. Your proposal confirms the agreed outputs, delivery schedule and revisions before you book.
What should I include in my inquiry?
Your date, location, schedule, approximate guest count, photo or video needs, intended use and any deadline. Include an available budget range or ask for guidance.
